Job Description:

Our client is looking to employ an Admin Officer.

Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Admin experience
  • Accounts experience
  • Hands-on experience
  • Computer literate – Word, Excel
  • Loading of Purchase Orders
  • Valuing of receipts and capturing GRV’s on system
  • Signing cheques and authorising internet banking payments for branch
  • Checking and approval of weekly factory payroll
  • Collecting of overdue debtor payments at management level (including customer visits)
  • Daily meetings with Production and Branch Manager
  • Review and commentary on first run of monthly management accounts
  • Loading and preparing costings using information provided by production

Salary Offered: R16 000 per month + Company Benefits
