Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities, and skills development programs.
experience is not essentially required ,but must be trainable and be willing to update job knowledge by participating in our skills development programs to add value to your job skills ,have high school or grade 12 or equivalent , multilingual ability and knowledge of call centre operations is of added advantage,
